RECRUITMENT

Selection of persons of quality is the hall-mark of recruitment. We will hope to enlist only ex-servicemen from Army, Navy, Air Force, STF and Police who are well trained and experienced for personal body guards, special investigations, surveillance etc.

TRAINING

Strict emphasis is laid on training for security duties. Personnel recruited to our company have to undergo a thorough in-service training irrespective of their former military ranks. Instructions imparted are both theoretical and practical, covering comprehensively and concept of private and other security related situations. Regular training classes are held where shortcomings in security duties are corrected. Here the personnel are briefed about the current security situation and discussions on the law in relation to security duties, such as right of self- defense, citizen’s arrest, methods ofcharging under the penal code etc. Use ofsecurity equipment is explained, practices in fire fighting are held, bomb disposal is described and improvements in security coverage are discussed. These are co-coordinated by experts in the specialized fields. Particular attention is given to the important subject of discipline, integrity and loyalty both during training and afterwards. Qualified instructors with a sound military background handle training.

Chairman and Managing Director

Deshabandu,Deshamanya Lieutenant Colonel LR Withanage (Retd) SLA (Justice of Peace whole island)

He was enlisted to the Sri Lanka Army on 02 July 1992 and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant on 19 June 1993 with the initial posting tothe Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery on successful completion of Basic Military Training at SriLanka Military Academy DIYATHALAWA. During his illustrious military career of 33 years to the nation, he has been holding numerous key appointments as Platoon Commander, Battery Commander, Officer Commanding of Infantry Battalion, General Staff Officer II, Commanding Officer, Staff Officer! and Colonel General Staff. In addition to the experienced extracted through the appointments he held during his illustrious career in Sri Lanka Army, he has been gradually developed the professionalism in arms by undergoing spectrum of training courses namely, Battalion Support Weapon Course, Special Operation Platoon Course, Young Officer Course, Company Commander Course, Basic Intelligence Course, Method of instruction Course and Account Course. He has got nearly two decades of experience in Commercial & Industrial Security Field.

Brigadier AMSDB Adikari RSP
He Served consecutively for 32 years in Sri Lanka Army. He belongs to Sinha Regiment. He is recognized for exceptional dedication and commitment, having served the majority of his career in challenging northern and eastern theatres of operational areas. He has followed 26 Local and 2 overseas Courses. He has held the position of Colonel General Staff Officer at 54 Division and commanded the 553 Infantry Brigade.


Brigadier WWK Rohan RSP USP
He enlisted in the Sri Lanka Army on 30% December 30 1992. He has Served 32 consecutive years in the Sri Lanka Army. He belongs to Artillery Regiment. He has followed numerous Local and Overseas Courses. He has held several key appointments including Commanding Officer, Deputy Centre Commandant in the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Colonel General Staff, Commander 571 Brigade and 682 Brigade. He is recognized for outstanding leadership and dedication throughout his career.
